Tote-ally Sweet

Sometimes I sew. Sometimes. I really love it when I do it, but I never seem to have what I need on hand. For instance, a sweet little neighbor girl was getting baptized yesterday and I wanted so badly to make her a bright and happy scripture tote. Of course I have NO pattern. But lucky for me I know just enough about sewing to make one up. I think it turned-out quite darling, lined and everything. Then the tag topped it off. It was fun, fun, fun to make!
I chose bright and happy colors, they seemed to fit her.

The ribbon is from a Cricut cartridge, while the stamp is an old SU! set.
Stripes on the inside keep it a bit more grown-up, After all she is 8 now.

  1. SUPER Cute! I want to make one. LOVE that fabric, so adorable & colorful. I may have to copy it & make one for my son since he keeps wanting something to put his Bible in.
