My Happy Valentine

Yesterday was a regular kind of wonderful Valentine's Day in the Thelin house. Brett made dinner, and I made side dishes. Since we have had kids Brett and I have celebrated Valentine's Day as a family. We always do something special together to celebrate. Soon enough they will be celebrating their on their own.

On the table we had steak, crab legs, fruit salad, and asparagus. De-lish. And each of the kids get a little treat on their plate. Nothing fancy... just something thoughtful. This year I found Zebra Gum... remember that brightly colored, ten-second flavored, bit of yumminess? I introduced my kids to it as a sweet little treat. It's corny... but the kids got a giggle.
