Paper Crafts Color Challenge #7

I've been in a bit of a stamping mood as of late.

This card uses a new Stampin' Up! set called Up, Up and Away.

Ain't it cute?! Colors courtesy of Paper Crafts Color Challenge #7.

Some old school masking makes these balloons float on by each other.

Here is the card open... I had a piece of a large circle in my scraps that I put to good use.
