PC Botanical Challenge

So I sat down to make a card, a quick one right? I turn on Netflix and decide to watch BBC's Mansfield Park. Well I've seen it a few times before, consequently I believe it'll be a great movie I don't have to pay too much attention to. Well... two hours later, and only one card done. I'm feeling all romantical and I have that weepy-kinda-happy-feeling in my stomach that comes along with those kinds of books/movies for me.

The movie was great inspiration for the Paper Crafts Fanatical About Botanicals Challenge.
Lot's of detail - just like Jane Austin novels!
Love that greeting. It's from a birthday set, but fits an everyday card.

A little glitter, water coloring and crackle accents,  partially popping up the blue flower give a bit of depth.

  2. This is so gorgeous, Alicia! I love the soft, pretty colours, the distressing and textured woodgrain. I've always wanted to watch Mansfield Park but never have. Glad to know it's good!
