1st Paper Made Bakery Project and Hop :)

I'm thrilled to be posting for the
Paper Made Bakery
for the very first time!

Below you'll find the blog hop order,
be sure to make your way all
the way around, even though I'm last!

Today is the start of a new and
especially darling August kit
called Garden Art:
A fun item of note, Christy Tomlinson is a personal friend of mine.
She's a doll and perfectly charming, every bit as happy as her art!

I've created a vibrant little card
using all sorts of goodies
from the kit:

Rub-ons (heart & white dots)
Button (yellow)
Stamps (flowers & greeting)
Patterned Paper (flowers)
Ribbon (green/yellow)
Eyelet (blue)
Card Stock (green)
Leaf

Additions of my own:
Glitter, Pop Dots, Glue Pen

The greeting comes in a straight line,
but I couldn't leave well-enough alone!
I simply manipulated it on the block
prior to inking and stamping it.
After I stamped and trimmed-out the flowers,
I added glitter with a glue pen.
These are some of the BEST rub-ons
I've ever used. Seriously easy to apply.
With the addition of an eyelet
and that pretty sheer ribbon
the card is complete.

An item of note...
when you buy a kit, the price
INCLUDES shipping. Love that.

Thanks for stopping by,
and be sure to leave a comment
even if it's just to say "hi!".

If you want a chance to win a prize,
the drawing will be open
From 7:00 am Pacific time on Wednesday
until midnight on Friday.
