PDCC 148 - Tiny Card Stock Feathers

Our prize sponsor this week is:

Check out the Play Date Cafe Blog
for details on what you could win by
entering a project this week.

Oh this one had me at navy,
then the light gray,
not to mention the soft pinkish coral.
yum.
Serious. yum.
I pulled quite a few pieces from this weeks story to
create my card; the colors of course, the yarn,
the rose on the headband, then finally the feathers.
The silver/grey flower is made from material,
as is the wrapped fabric. The stamp is from SU!
it's called Best Yet. It's retired, but I've seen it on Ebay.
The feathers are a fun little trick.
Let's see who reads this....
if you really want to know how to make
them, please say so in a comment to this post!
{and I will do a tutorial!}
Don't these colors just melt your creative heart?

Head on over to The Play Date Cafe and show
me what piece of loveliness you come up with!

Afternote:
I'm adding this project to the
Asymmetry Challenge at Paper Crafts.

  5. This is super cute. Love all the textures but it's not too girly, if that makes any sense. Even the feathers. And I'm guessing I know how you made them (thanks to scoreboard and scissors?!?!?)
