Mermaid Challenge - Week Two

Week two of our mermaid challenge is out and about! Her name is Clio Penelope and she is a darling. Kelly and Danielle are so in the groove with these little fishy-girls, they are totally different from last weeks. Check out the results of the mermaid challenge week one here.

For the next six weeks, we have challenged each other to stay the course and create a new piece of art each week. The following are the parameters for the challenge. We would love some cheering on, a little word love for our art if you will. If you would like to join us, please feel free to let us know where to look and we'll leave some love for you too!

• Subject of our challenge: Mermaids
• 1 painting per week for six weeks (we'll share them every Monday)
• Art piece must be square (but any size will do)
• Must use the mermaid name, descriptive words and color palette of the week to create the painting(names and descriptive words were given to us by both of our lovely daughters, Clancy and Lauren and color schemes were put together ahead of time by kelly and I)
