PaperCrafts Sketch-a-licious Blog Hop

Paper Crafts magazine recently released their latest special issue called "Go-to Sketches" Get it here! 

Lucky me, I had a card or two in this spectacular issue. Pages 60 & 65 to be exact. (you can't tell that I am super proud, can you?)  This is such a fantastic resource for ideas and inspiration, I can't seem to put it down. There are so many favorites to be found and unique takes on the sketches, it really is a must-have.

While running my daily email check guess who's name sparked my interest? Kim Hughes. Seriously?! What a fantastic name to see in my in-box. She gave me a lovely compliment (well not me.... my work!) and asked me to contribute to a blog hop along with four other super-awesome designers using a sketch found within the magazine.  The blog hop begins at the Paper Crafts Connection blog. Three winners will be randomly chosen to receive a copy of Go-to Sketches.  Commenting on as many blogs as you can will increase your chances of winning.  Comments close at midnight on Thursday, April 8th and winners will be announced on the Paper Crafts Connection blog.

My take on the sketch came alive in the form of two projects... a little treat holder and a card. Both identical, except for the greeting. I will be posting pattern's on my blog later on this week, so come back to grab it.
