What's Up?..... the sky, duh.

What's up? The sky or birds.... at least that's what my 10 year old son would say.  So I have both for you today. I used a great punch from Stampin' Up!, my wood grain stamp and some Tim Holtz distressing ink to create the sweet little birdies. And the clouds are from a scallop circle cut into quarters and rounding the inside corner.  Then there's the bow. I have had a fascination with paper bows recently and this is my latest creation.
