Happy Birthday Scallops (not the fishy ones)

Today is a birthday for a friend of mine. You will know who you are when you get your mail (hopefully today!).
Another take on the offset scallop, this time with vellum. I think I will spend some more time with that long forgotten paper.
The greeting is heat embossed with black craft ink and clear powder
There are four rows of scallops, offset.
A line of vellum scallops on the envelope finishes it off

    Oh my! The card is pretty, yes, but it's the envelope that had me squealing with glee! I LOVE the stitched scallops. You clearly live for the details, and I sure appreciate that! :)
