Unscripted Birthday Card

Another Saturday and
another sketch from

Unscripted Sketches

The idea is to create ANYthing

that incorporates the basic idea

of the sketch.

Instead of rectangles, my layers

consist of circles. And the knot

is the "button" piece.

I used a pretty cool technique:

Embossing on black card stock.

Stamp  your image with white craft

ink onto black card stock and then emboss

with a colored embossing powder.

I used gold, pearl green, and burgundy.

Because you've used white as your

ink base, it allows the color of the powder

to remain as true as possible.
